All prices are listed in GBP.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.
Payment must be made in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the UK.
Shipping times and costs will be shown at checkout and vary depending on the product and delivery location.
Custom-made items may have longer lead times, which will be stated clearly before you order.

6. Returns and Cancellations

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless faulty

7. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
