How do I track my order?
Once your item has been posted, we will update you via email with a tracking number. We primarily use Parcelforce due to our items arriving to you pre-assembled and ready for use.
What if I'd like a custom order?
We understand not every space is the same and sometimes items require specific sizing. If you can't see the size you require on our product page please contact us for a quote.
How do I look after my furniture?
This list is not exhaustive as every piece is handmade and unique, but some general tips include;
- Avoid humid environments.
- Avoid hot environments.
- No outdoor use.
- Avoid spilling oily substances or other liquids on the furniture.
- When cleaning/maintaining your furniture, ensure you use a clean, dry, soft, non abrasive cloth to wipe clean. Also avoid harsh chemicals or cleaning products.
